Initialize connector

Connector document type

In the document type connector, the previously created document type for the export is defined via a connector. To do this, the "Document type in archive" of the document type and a connector index definition must be stored.

Connector index

In order to transmit the indexing of a document in the format required by the connector, the previously defined index definition is configured accordingly via the connector index definition. This includes the connector number in the header and the previously created index number.

The index line already created internally is selected in the XML tag field in the connector index lines and defined for the connector for export. The archive field name is used to determine the designation with which the value is transferred to the archive system. The Frequency field is used to declare multiple fields.
